(Notes from Paul)

👇

To quantify the results of the viability test for using IVA in a business, we would need to assign values to each of the data metrics listed (i.e. turnover, conversion rate, efficiency, customer retention, brand loyalty, turnover, HR costs, rework and waste, declining customer base, negative reviews) and determine how the use of an IVA would affect these metrics.

For example, we could use the numerical value of each metric on a scale of 1-(amount of options), with 1 representing the lowest value and the highest value representing the highest value. You would then ask the business owner to rate their current performance in each metric and their desired performance level.

After the viability test is completed, we present the results in a visual format, such as a graph or chart, that shows the current and desired performance levels for each metric. We can then use this data to demonstrate how the use of an IVA could potentially improve the business’s performance in these areas.

Some additional quantifiable questions to consider:

  • How many customer support tickets do you receive per day? (slider)
  • What percentage of customer support tickets are resolved on the first response? (slider)
  • What is your customer satisfaction score (CSAT) based on your latest survey? (slider)
  • How many products do you offer? (slider)
  • What is the average order value of a sale? (slider)
