During and after the completion of your project, this portal will serve as your hub for training your iVA, requesting changes, and accessing support.

We utilize this section to explore your business, your product, your customers, and in-depth customer communication, engagement, and support needs, as well as process automation. We gather all the essential information required to build your personalized Intelligent Virtual Agent(s).

Project Team Members

Your Project Development Team will include a dedicated Fastbrand Project Leader, IT Developers, Business Development Specialists, Conversational Flow Designers, Process Automation Engineers, Graphic Designers, Behavioral Psychologists, Marketing and Sales Experts, and an Administrator.

Successful implementation requires collaboration with key personnel from your institution. A Project Leader will oversee the project and serve as the main contact, supported by Management to guide onboarding and assist Operators. Operators, typically sales agents, will handle daily platform tasks, such as monitoring leads and conversations.

Access to resources and functionalities will be restricted based on roles, ensuring security and efficient task management.

iVA Workspace

The IVA Workspace is the platform where managers and operators will manage leads, conversations, workflows, and all key operational functions. It serves as the central hub for all activities, ensuring streamlined and efficient processes.

During the development phase, we will invite the relevant operators to the platform and provide comprehensive operational training to ensure they are equipped to utilize the system effectively.

The institution may request additional operator access as needed to accommodate their operational requirements. This flexibility ensures that your team has the necessary resources to scale and adapt as the project evolves.

Train your iVA

This section offers a training component for your iVA and is arguably one of our most valuable features that set us apart from our competitors.

Make it Smart

Here, you will have the ability to organize training categories and phrases, upload informational documents, how-to guides, instructions, etc. These resources will contribute to the core knowledge of your Virtual Assistant.

Whatsapp Communication

We’ll primarily use WhatsApp to communicate all aspects of your Project development. Please ensure WhatsApp is installed on your phone, and we have your correct number during the development phase.

Legal Aspects

To ensure transparency and safeguard mutual interests, we prioritize establishing clear legal agreements as part of the next steps.

Company / Institutional NDA

As a first step, both parties will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This agreement ensures the confidentiality of shared information, protecting sensitive data and intellectual property exchanged during our partnership.

Fastbrand Managed Service Provider Contract

The institution will also be required to sign our Managed Service Provider Agreement. This comprehensive contract outlines the project scope, associated costs, and terms of service, providing a clear framework for the delivery of our solutions. It ensures alignment on expectations and commitments throughout our collaboration.

These agreements form the foundation for a secure and transparent partnership, enabling us to move forward with confidence.
