Upon the completion of your project, you will use this portal to train your iVA and request changes, as well as to receive support.

Development Process

Only shows conversations that are closed in the Contact List of the selected inbox.

We will request access and create accounts on various platforms necessary to integrate and successfully run your iVA system.

Following that, we will set up your dedicated workspace and assign operators to manage your customers and conversations.

We will construct your custom iVA with its own personality, tailored to your preferred style, brand, and professional level.

To populate your iVA's initial information database, we will scrape information from platforms and documentation.

We will initiate an iVA soft launch to test its behaviour and responses and customise the initial greetings, menus and flows.

Workflows, automations, shortcuts, and integrations of menus, buttons, URLs, documents, and media will be built where needed.

We will integrate and/or link your current systems and platforms with ours to form an integrated communication and automation solution.

The platform will be opened for public use, and ongoing testing, adjustments, and customization to meet your needs will continue.

We will provide necessary guides, operator training, and support to ensure that the system remains operational and optimized.

Project Team Members

Your Project Development Team will comprise a Fastbrand Project Leader, IT Developers, a Conversational Flow Designer, a Process Automation Engineer, Graphics Designers, a Marketing & Sales Expert, and an Administrator.

On your side, our primary point of contact will be the nominated Project Leader. However, we may request access to your team members from various departments to obtain the necessary information for the development process from time to time.

Train your iVA

This section offers a training component for your iVA and is arguably one of our most valuable features that set us apart from our competitors.

Make it Smart

Here, you will have the ability to organize training categories and phrases, upload informational documents, how-to guides, instructions, etc. These resources will contribute to the core knowledge of your Virtual Assistant.

Whatsapp Communication

We’ll primarily use WhatsApp to communicate all aspects of your Project development. Please ensure WhatsApp is installed on your phone, and we have your correct number during the development phase.

Throughout and after the development process, we will offer the necessary training to effectively operate the iVA, manage process automations, and handle your customers and support.
