Making Your Assistant Smart

Think of your IVA as a child learning every day. The more information it receives, the more knowledgeable it becomes. We will demonstrate and explain how you can contribute to making your IVA smarter.

To access the training component, navigate to the home page and click on the “Train My IVA” card.

When accessing it for the first time, you will be prompted to log in. Simply select Google as an option and authenticate using an existing Google account.

Once logged in, you will be presented with several training options as explained below.

 

Knowledgebase

The Knowledge Base section of the IVA training component is designed for training general knowledge and information that the IVA is currently unable to provide during chats.

Uploading URL's

The URL Upload section is used to scrape relevant website pages and other resources accessible through a URL.

Uploading Sitemaps

The Sitemap section is used to upload multiple website links typically used for product pages, articles and services

Uploading Documents

The Sitemap section is used to upload multiple website links, typically for product pages, articles, and services.

Courses / Products

The Courses or Products section is used to capture essential details (metadata) about specific courses or products, which are then utilised during conversations.

Testing my iVA

Once you have trained your IVA, you can test its responses on the relevant channel linked to your IVA.
