Uploading URL’s

Navigate to URL(s)

Once you've entered the "Train My iVA" section. Navigate to the home menu and press 'URL(s)'. This will allow you to upload your URL(s).

Upload, Replace or Delete URL(s)

When you create a new URL entry, a unique document ID will be generated for reference. This ID helps identify and manage the specific URL entry within the system. Ensure that your new URL is accessible by web crawlers for effective integration.

Replacing an Existing URL (Edit): Should you need to update an existing URL, utilize the "Replace" or "Edit" function. By specifying the document ID associated with the URL entry, the system will seamlessly replace the current URL with the updated one. Make sure that the updated URL remains accessible to web crawlers.

Removing a URL (Delete): If a URL is no longer needed, you can easily remove it from the system using the "Delete" option. This action ensures that the URL is no longer associated with iVA or any other integration. Confirm that the removal does not affect web crawler accessibility.

Note

Once you've uploaded some initial URL(s), navigate to the left hand side menu and press 'Test My iVA'.

This will allow you to ask the Knowledge Base questions and see what the responses are.
